Average wait times until a disability hearing is held in North Carolina.

Published by David Paletta

According the Social Security Administration, the average wait for a hearing to be held at one of North Carolina's ODARs for the month of June 2015 was:

Charlotte - 18 months.

Greensboro - 18 months.

Fayetteville - 18 months.

Raleigh - 16 months.

See http://www.socialsecurity.gov/appeals/DataSets/01_NetStat_Report.html

My experience is that the wait times on average are longer by 2 months for each office.
